Hardware and Software

Google Pixel ships with Android 7.1 (Nougat) and will get software and security updates as soon as they become available. This is probably one of the biggest selling points of the Pixel. If you are tired on waiting for Android updates, the Google Pixel might be a great choice.

How to Subscribe for Glo 3.2gb for N1000 and other Data Plans

If you are in Glo data network stable area, then you have all cause to start rejoicing as Glo has done it again by secretly increasing their monthly data cap of N1000 and N2000 plans to 3.2GB and 7.5GB respectively

We believed that this was done in order to be the first to usher you into Nigerians 56th year of Independence anniversary.

With this, we can say that Glo has finally beaten, slammed and buried all their competitors when it comes to humongous data allocation to their subscribers.

Get-Glo-3.5GB-and-7.5GB-monthly-data-for-N1000-and-N2000-respectively

And we don’t see any of their other competitors, whether MTN, Airtel or Etisalat coming near this Glo bountiful offer as none of them can be as data generous as this.

In all ramification and with all authority bestowed upon me, I declare this single action of Globacom Nigeria highly commendable and urge other network providers to follow suit.

But we are aware that you will also want to use this opportunity to plead with Glo to improve on their network data speed in many locations; and we will join you in that one more request, so that even in this recession stricken period, at least people can still have something to smile for and not only inflation everywhere you go.

As usual to subscribe for any of these monthly data plans, simply use your phone with your Glo line in it and dial *777#  and reply as follows in this order 1>1>2 and finally reply with either 1 or 2 for3.2GB or 7.5GB data at N1000 or N2000 cost respectively

Now, I have a question for the tweak lovers, and my question goes like this;

All ye tweak lovers, would you still tweak your devices for free or heavier data even after all that Glo is trying to do for you by making data quite affordable for its teeming Glo subscribers across the country?

If your answer is yes, we will like you to support it with cogent reason and also tell Glo what else you will want in data allocation aside from improving on their network speed and data connectivity stability.

(Photos) Despite The Hype, iPhone 7s Exploded

The question is who copied who? Samsung is likely most famous for being an Apple copycat. After all, the company was sued repeatedly by Apple for stealing its technology and designs. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been famous for causing series of untimely explosions in the past few weeks due to battery issues.

The same unforeseen forces that landed on Samsung Galaxy Note 7 have also landed on Iphone 7Plus as reported by a user who ordered iphone 7 Plus in China. According to the Reddit user, a co-worker pre-ordered the iPhone 7 Plus and was excited to get it, only to be greeted by an exploded phone.

“Something happened between the factory and delivery,” is all the phone’s owner had to say in his thread on Reddit.

Apple is yet to respond to the situation

Samsung Galaxy S8 may feature 4K Resolution and Viral Scanner

With the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung might be planning to create a standard with the Samsung Galaxy S8 rather than following the pattern of the predecessors which they have actually been doing for quite sometime now especially in terms of display.

Most QHD screens you find on most high end devices like the Samsung Galaxy S7 features a resolution of 1440 x 2560px. But with the upcoming Galaxy S8, Samsung might be working on a UHD display with a resolution of 2160 x 3840.

The main reason why Samsung is pushing for such high resolution on the S8 is because the company is planning on making the device feature a 4K display with support for VR straight out of the box. When you think of these, the next thing that comes to your mind is how much pressure this might have on the battery consumption. The Galaxy S7 users who installed the Oculus VR app on their phone can really attest to this considering how fast their battery drained after installing the app.

Although Sony once featured a UHD display on its Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, but the 2160 x 3840 resolution was only limited to taking pictures and videos with the phone's camera, while other phone activities was on a resolution of 1080 x 1920 FHD.

Samsung might also go the way of Apple by dropping the regular 3.5mm jack. Since the USB type C also has an audio output capability just like the lighting conector on an iOS device. And the device is most likely going to feature the latest Corning gorilla glass 5 protection.
